WARSAW — At approximately 8:05 a.m. Monday, Oct. 16, emergency personnel responded to a three-vehicle accident on SR 15 and CR 200S in Warsaw.

It was reported that three vehicles were involved in the accident.

Lutheran EMS, Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department, Warsaw Police Department and Warsaw Fire Department were on scene. It was reported that at least two people were transported by ambulance.
