Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:

• 10:53 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 28, 500 block East Market Street, Warsaw. Officials at Dollar General reported the theft of food and clothing. Value: $43.80
• 8:08 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 26, 800 block South Buffalo Street, Warsaw. Officers were called for a report of domestic battery, intimidation and criminal mischief to a vehicle. Damage up to $350.
