Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following incidents:
- 6:44 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 24, 9200 block South Julia Street, Claypool. Officials were notified of a custody issue.
- 6:50 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 24, 2700 block West Old Road 30, Warsaw. David R. Cesaretti with Fast Cab reported the theft of a 2012 Ford Windstar vehicle, which was later found.
- 10:44 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 24, 11600 block North SR 13, Syracuse. Richard Brungardt notified police of a criminal mischief incident.
- 10:01 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 24, 3800 block South Industrial Drive, Warsaw. Terrie L. Landrum reported a burglary and theft of a 2004 Chevrolet.
- 5:28 p.m.Friday, Sept. 22, 600 block South CR 250E and East US 30, Warsaw. Police took a report of a motorcycle damaged from being laid down in traffic.
- 9:33 a.m. Friday, Sept. 22, 200 block West Main Street, Warsaw. Adolfo Romero Munoz reported items stolen from his mailbox.
- 4:33 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 21, 2300 block North CR 800W and West Old Road 30, Warsaw. Donald K. Ballowe reported a hit and run accident.
- 12:24 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 19, 1800 block Ironwood Road, Warsaw. Darl W. Mosher reported the theft of a 2013 Honda. Value: $4,000.
- 11 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 19, 4200 block North CR 375E, Warsaw. Herschel F. Rainwater made a criminal mischief report.

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:
- 10:25 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 24, 1000 block Country Club Drive South, Warsaw. Police were notified of a battery and other issues involving a juvenile.
- 9:57 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 24, 1100 block Brubaker Street, Warsaw. A bicycle was found.
- 4:28 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 24, 1500 block Dot Street, Warsaw. Robert E. Howard reported damage to his vehicle.
- 1:22 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 23, 200 block North Colfax Street, Warsaw. Molly A. Reynolds reported a stolen trampoline. Value: $120.
- 8:14 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 23, 800 block North Lake Street, Warsaw. David E. Messer reported a vending machine was vandalized. Damage up to $500.
- 5:33 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 21, 800 block Oak Brook Place, Warsaw. Police were called to take a battery report.
- 2:02 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 20, 400 block South Washington Street, Warsaw. Police were called for a battery report.
Winona Lake
Officers with the Winona Lake Police Department investigated the following incident:
- 10:06 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 24, 2600 block Fawn Street, Winona Lake. Police responded to a fire at the L. Martin Pfister Jr., residence.
