Valley Football: Vikings Shut out At North Miami
DENVER — Tippecanoe Valley slipped to an 0-3 start with a 28-0 loss at North Miami Friday night.
Valley was held scoreless in Denver, finishing with a balanced 89 rushing yards and 79 passing yards.
Tanner Trippiedi finished 9 of 18 passing for 73 yards and carried the ball eight times for 22 rushing yards, but he threw a pair of interceptions in the loss. Alex Morrison led his team in rushing with 48 yards in 10 carries, and he made a pair of catches worth 15 yards behind teammate Isaac Randall’s three catches for 20 yards.
Valley returns home opposite Northfield in its Three Rivers Conference-opener next Friday.
