Kid Olympics Taking Place Aug. 26

SYRACUSE — Boys and girls in grades K-5 are invited to participate in the Syracuse Kid Olympics on Saturday, Aug. 26 at 10 a.m. at the Harold Schrock Athletic Complex.
Events will include a 40-yard dash, distance run, baseball/ softball toss, broad jump, soccer kick, obstacle course and hurdles. Participants may compete in any or all events of their choosing.
Medals will be awarded for first place boy and girl winners in each division. Grades will be based on the 2017-2018 academic year.
Participants can register prior to the event at the Syracuse Community Center or the day of the event at the athletic complex. Cost is $5 per child.
