UPDATED — Timothy R. “Tim” Vanover
Timothy R. “Tim” Vanover, 26, Warsaw, passed away on Friday, July 28, as the result of an automobile accident near Milford. He was born April 30, 1991 in Elkhart, to Robert T. Powers and Kimberly Lynn Vanover.
He graduated in 2010 from Wawasee High School in Syracuse and was a lifetime North Webster / Warsaw area resident. He was currently employed at Fairmont Homes in Nappanee, and was formerly employed at Zimmer Biomet in Warsaw and Colbin Tool in Syracuse.
He was a talented artist and wrote / performed music as “Tim the Porker”.
He is survived by his parents, Robert Powers and Kim Vanover, North Webster; fiancé, Jennifer Whitaker, Warsaw; brother, Anthony (Crystal Hagerman) Vanover, Grundy, Va.; sister, Angie (Brisin Kratzchmar) Vanover Rochester; niece Makayla Vanover of Bucyrus, Ohio; maternal grandmother, Marie Hersha of Grundy, Va.; and paternal grandmother, Gladys Powers, Warsaw.
Visitation will be from 3-7 p.m. on August 2, at Owen Family Funeral Home, St. Rd 13 & CR 500N, North Webster, IN. Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. on Wednesday in the funeral home with Pastor Don Plank officiating. Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. St. Rd 15, Warsaw, IN.
