Area Police Reports
Warsaw
Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:
- 7:17 p.m. Sunday, July 2, 600 block South Buffalo Street, Warsaw. Right to Life of North Central Indiana reported a break in.
- 8:46 p.m. Saturday, July 1, 2500 block Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. Loss prevention at Walmart reported a theft.
- 11:58 a.m. Sunday, July 2, 1700 block Tippecanoe Drive, Warsaw. Jack Elliott Miles reported a broken out bedroom window and an attempted burglary.
- 1:48 p.m. Sunday, July 2, 600 block West CR 300N, Warsaw. Naima Ann Perry reported that her car was broken into and her pulse stolen while in the parking lot of Ulta Beauty. A broken car window was reported.
- 6:58 p.m. Sunday, July 2, 300 block West Center Street, Warsaw. Joanne M. Kolbe and David Taylor reported a burglary.
- 12:10 p.m. Monday, July 3, 3500 Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Schoop’s Hamburgers reported vandalism to the back of their building.
Milford
Officers with the Milford Police Department investigated the following incident:
- 2:18 p.m. Monday, July 3, 100 block North Higbee Street, Milford. Jake A. Powell reported his debit card stolen and used fraudulently.
North Webster
Officers with the North Webster Police Department investigated the following incident:
- 10:54 p.m. Saturday, July 1, 900 block South Main Street, North Webster. A female reported a battery in the presence of a child under 16.
Goshen
Officers with the Goshen Police Department investigated the following incidents:
- 10:49 p.m. Sunday, July 2. Patrick Correa-Magna, 22, 1011 W. Second St., Ligonier, was found to be in possession of marijuana after a traffic stop was made in the 100 block of North 20th Street, Goshen. Correa-Magna was arrested and released pending a court date.
- 11:42 p.m. Saturday, July 1. A traffic stop was made on Greene Road and Bashor for a traffic violation. The driver was found to be the accused, Timothy Bush, 34, 1180 W. Lake St., Warsaw. The accused was found to be intoxicated with a BAC of .120 percent and possessed drug paraphernalia. He was arrested and later incarcerated at the Elkhart County Detention Facility.
