Officers with Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

1:19 a.m. Saturday, July 1, North Detroit Street, Warsaw. Driver: Jason M. Dobbins, 48, Rozella Road, Warsaw. Dobbins was backing his vehicle from an access road into a parking lot and backed into a metal post. Damage up to $1,000.

11:38 a.m. Saturday, July 1, Argonne Road and East Center Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Garry G. Bryan, 61, West Broadway Street, Etna Green, and Jon D. Gage, 63, EMS C19B Lane, Warsaw. Bryan rear-ended Gage’s vehicle. Damage up to $2,500.

8:00 p.m. Saturday, July 1, West Lake Street, Warsaw. Driver: Zachery N. Morris, 18, South Elaine Drive, Warsaw. Morris entered the parking lot of Penguin Point and struck a parked, unoccupied vehicle while making a turn. Damage up to $2,500.

2:32 a.m. Monday, July 3, Walton Blvd., Warsaw. An unidentified driver struck a parked, unoccupied vehicle and left the scene of the accident without attempting to make contact with the owner of the unoccupied vehicle. Damage up to $2,500.

North Webster

Officers with North Webster Police Department investigated the following accidents:

9:39 a.m. Saturday, July 1, EMS W17 Lane, north of EMS W18 Lane, North Webster. Driver: Melody A. Augustyn, 46, West Fred Street, Whiting. Driver was biking out of a driveway and struck a vehicle that was disabled in the roadway. Damage up to $5,000.

10:18 a.m. Sunday, July 2, North Barbee Road and EMS B51 Lane, North Webster. Drivers: Bailey N. Brown, 17, Gardenview Avenue, Fort Wayne, and Daniel J. Frick, 61, Flint Lock Lane, Fort Wayne. The vehicles collided while Brown was making a turn. Damage up to $25,000.
