KHCH Executive Director Announces Retirement
WARSAW—Rick Paczkowski, executive director at Kosciusko Home Care and Health, announced at the March board meeting his intention to retire at the end of 2017. He stated “It truly has been an honor to lead this extraordinary organization these past 14 years. The employees’ overwhelming passion for the care of their patients inspired me daily to work to ensure the long-term existence of this valuable agency.”
A spokesperson for the board acknowledged Paczkowski’s significant contributions to KHCH in meeting the daily challenges of providing home and end-of-life care to the patients they serve in Kosciusko County. They also believe they are fortunate Paczkowski has agreed to remain on as an advisor for a period of time before his retirement at the end of the year to ensure an orderly transition of leadership.
