Officers with the Kosciusko Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accidents:

7:15 a.m. Wednesday, April 5, South CR 100E, north of East CR 800S, Claypool. Driver: William L. Guy, 36, South CR 100E, Claypool. Guy struck a deer. Damage up to $5,000.

6:09 a.m. Thursday, April 6, South CR 950W, south of West Shilling Road, Mentone. Driver: Electa J. Witham, 37, East SR 114, Akron. Witham hydroplaned off the road and struck a pole and phone box. Damage up to $5,000.

11:01 p.m. Friday, April 7, North SR 13, north of East CR 150N, Pierceton. Drivers: Shelly L. Bridwell-Judy, 55, East CR 400N, Pierceton. Bridwell-Judy struck a deer. Damage up to $5,000.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

2:50 p.m. Friday, April 7, North Detroit Street, north of Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Christopher R. Bragan, 43, Laurelwood Drive, Warsaw, and Christopher J. Hale, 44, West Lakeview Park Drive, Warsaw. Bragan merged into Hale’s lane, side swiping his vehicle. Damage up to $1,000.

5:08 p.m. Friday, April 7, 2501 Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. Driver: Justin R. Monroe, 26, West CR 600N, Leesburg. Monroe turned too wide while pulling into a parking space and hit the front passenger fender of a parked vehicle. Damage up to $2,500.

6:11 p.m. Friday, April 7, East Center Street and North Bronson Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Kimberly A. Linsner, 42, Pine Mills Road, Warsaw, and Angela C. Stinfer, 47, North Penny Drive, Warsaw. Stinfer rear ended Linsner at the light. Damage up to $5,000.

Winona Lake

Officers with the Winona Lake Police Department investigated the following accident:

6:18 p.m. Wednesday, April 5, Kings Highway and Second Street, Winona Lake. Drivers: Darrick W. Spore, 37, North Long Drive, Syracuse, and Layne M. Pass, 19, North Westerner Winds Drive, Warsaw. Spore pulled out into the intersection and struck Pass at a right angle. Damage up to $5,000.
