WARSAW — The Kosciusko Community YMCA, 1305 Mariners Drive, Warsaw, is hosting an event to offer resources and ideas for adoption education and action 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 28.

Indiana Adoption Program representatives will be on-site to answer questions and provide information of adoption and the foster-to-adoption process.

The Department of Child Services and its partners focus year-round on finding permanent families for Hoosier children of all ages, but focus on older youth with through resources such as the Indiana Heart Gallery and The Picture Book. Both services profile and share stories of older youth currently in foster are and available for adoption.
