Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accidents:

11:00 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 24, South SR 15, south of West CR 200S, Warsaw. Drivers: Mickey-Ewan E. Homan, 21, South Hill Drive, Silver Lake, and Albert E. Dunn, 45, West CR 300N, Wabash. Homan stated that she had gerbils in her vehicle and that she looked over at them and then rear-ended Dunn’s vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.

3:42 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 25, East Lantern Road and North CR 100E, Warsaw. Drivers: Lexus P Parker, 17, North SR 109, Columbia City, and Christopher R. Clark, 40, East Lake Street, Syracuse. The vehicles collided at the intersection. Damage up to $25,000.

5:48 a.m. Monday, Dec. 26, East US 30 and East CR 250S, Pierceton. Driver: Anthony J. Richards, 30, Crandon Avenue, Calumet City, IL. Vehicle left the roadway and went into a ditch. Damage up to $25,000.
