Pierceton Man Arrested For Following Woman Home To Expose Himself To Her
PIERCETON — A Pierceton man was arrested after following a woman home and exposing himself to her.
Austin John Frush, 22, 204 West Elm Street, Pierceton, is being charged with count I public indecency, a class A misdemeanor.
According to police documents, on Nov. 15, a female stated she noticed as she was driving home a vehicle had been following her for several miles. When she arrived home, the vehicle pulled into her driveway behind her.
The female stated she initially thought the male driver, later identified as Frush, was lost and was going to ask for directions. When she approached his vehicle, she discovered Frush was completely naked and was fondling himself.
She stated she yelled at Frush, he just looked at her and asked, “What?”
According to police documents, the female said she yelled for her husband who was outside in the area working. At that point, the vehicle began to leave the area. The female said she ran behind the vehicle to get a plate number.
According to police documents, an officer was able to conduct a traffic stop on Frush after the incident occurred. At the time of the stop, Frush had no shirt on, his pants were undone and his shoes are off.
When officials spoke with Frush, he stated he did not know know the victim. He said he saw her as he was driving and thought she looked good so he decided to follow her.
According to police documents, Frush also admitted this was not the first time that he had picked a female at random to follow home and expose himself.
Frush was booked in the Kosciusko County Jail on Nov. 15, on a $450 cash bond.
