WARSAW — Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting at Kosciusko Cares Youth Services Bureau’s new location, 1016 E. Center St., Warsaw.
Kosciusko Cares Youth Services Bureau is a countywide, coalition-driven, prevention organization. Their goal is to reduce risk factors experienced by youth in our community. When youth experience multiple risk factors including family conflict, peer acceptance of problem behaviors, and ease of access to substances like alcohol, prescription, and illegal drugs, they also need many protective factors in their lives to avoid problem decision-making in adolescence and throughout generations. Kosciusko Cares Youth Services Bureau advocates for, and empowers youth and families.
Kosciusko Cares Youth Services Bureau offers a variety of year round evidence based programs as well as creative programming. They provide programming to families and teens in Kosciusko County. Some programs include Strengthening Families, Al’s Pals, and LifeSkills Training.
