Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accidents:
1:03 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 9, East US 30 and South CR 325E, Warsaw. Drivers: Muriqi Rrustem, 51, Matthews Avenue, Bronx, NY, and Dawn M. Conner, 44, Parkview Avenue, Whiting. Rrustem failed to see Conner in the right lane and side swiped Conner when he merged. Damage up to $5,000.
2:47 a.m. Sunday Oct. 9, West Summy Road, Warsaw. Driver: Allison C. Andrews, 17. Menominee Drive, Plymouth. Andrews rear-ended a white pickup truck that left the scene. Damage up to $5000.
8:02 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 9, South SR 15 and West CR 300S, Warsaw. Driver: Austin J. Grindle, 21, North Knollwood Drive, Warsaw. Grindle was distracted by petting his dog and went off road, striking a concrete wall.
1:33 p.m. Monday, Oct. 10, North SR 19 and West US 30, Etna Green. Drivers: Nathan A. Slabaugh, 19, 15B Road, Bourbon, and Lalena K. Cook, 39, North SR 19, Etna Green. Slabaugh turned in front of Cook entering a gas station. Damage up to $10,000.
7:05 p.m. Monday, Oct. 10, West CR 700S and South CR 200N, Claypool. Driver: Steven P. Parker, 70, West CR 700S, Claypool. Parker’s grain truck rolled to the right when he left the road way to let a combine pass. Damage up to $5,000.
8:02 p.m. Monday, Oct. 10, West US 30 and North CR 500W, Atwood. Driver: Haishan Zhou, 28, West 24th Street, Chicago, Ill. Zhou collided with a deer. Damage up to $5,000.
9:00 p.m. Monday Oct. 10, East CR 450N and CR 100E, Warsaw. Driver: Jordan M. Shepler, 20, East CR 450N, Leesburg. Shepler collided with a deer. Damage up to $2,500.
4:34 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 11, East SR 14 and South Packerton Road, Silver Lake. Driver: Torie M. Galloway, 38, East Center Street, Sidney. Galloway struck a cow in the roadway. Damage up to $10,000.
6:23 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 11, West Old Road 30 and North CR 525W, Warsaw. Driver: Brittany E. Baker, 26, South Detroit Street, Warsaw. Baker collided with a deer. Damage up to $5,000.
6:45 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 11, South Ferguson Road and West CR 200S, Warsaw. Drivers: Dustin E. Kreft, 25, South Woodland Trail, Warsaw, and Scott R. Barry, 25, Heron Boulevard, Warsaw. A deer ran out in front of Barry as both vehicles headed North. Barry stopped quickly and Kreft couldn’t avoid a collision. Damage up to $10,000.
Warsaw
Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:
1:51 p.m. Monday, Oct. 10, Fisher Avenue and Short Ridge Road, Warsaw. Drivers: Brian A. Miller, 39, Lakeland Driver, Warsaw; Sabrina F. Thomas, 23, West CR 150N, Wabash; Tiffany A. Moore, 35, North Jefferson Street, Silver Lake. Miller rear-ended Thomas when traffic suddenly came to a stop. Thomas’s vehicle rear-ended Moore. Damage up to $25,000.
7:18 p.m. Monday Oct. 10, Kincaide Street, Warsaw. Driver: Justin L. Graff, 37, Wilson Street, Warsaw. Graff collided with a fence when he was looking into the bed of his truck. Damage up to $750.
6:03 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 11, South Columbia Street and West Market Street, Warsaw. Driver: Lifo Mikel, 29, Wayne Road, Livonia, Mich. Mikel did not realize his truck was too large for the train over pass. Mikel collided with it, removing the roof of the vehicle. Damage up to $10,000.

Officers with the Syracuse Police Department investigated the following accidents:
2:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 9, South Huntington Street and West Pickwick Drive, Syracuse. Drivers: Brendy Weldy, 39, West Allen Street, Syracuse, and Bobbi J. Collier, 33, South Edgewater Driver, Syracuse. Wendy turned in front of Collier when turning left. Damage up to $10,000
