WARSAW — A suspect has been charged with burglary after a man’s Samsung tablet went missing.
Brian Keith Noll, 42, 1404 Fox Farm Road, Warsaw, is being charged with burglary, a level 4 felony, and theft, a class A misdemeanor.
According to the affidavit of probable cause, a male victim reported the theft of a black Samsung tablet from his residence on June 29. The dead bolts on his apartment doors were still locked with the only point of entry being an open window.
The male advised that he had recently moved to Warsaw and his only visitor had been Noll. He suspected Noll of the theft.
An officer with the Warsaw Police Department located a pawn of a black Samsung tablet by Noll on July 2. After confirming IMEI numbers, the officer obtained a search warrant for the tablet and confirmed it belonged to the male.
Noll is being held at Kosciusko County Jail on $7,500 surety and cash bond.
