WARSAW – There will be a roller derby boot camp for interested skaters in joining the Lake City Roller Dolls.

The boot camp will take place every Tuesday and Sunday in October. The camps take place from 6:30-7:30 p.m. at Hansen’s Eastlake Skate Center on Frontage Road in Warsawt, and costs $5 per practice or $30 for all nine days.

The intent is to learn the basics of roller derby with an intent to possibly join in with the Lake City Roller Dolls derby team. No experience is required to participate, and skaters only need to bring a fitted mouthguard and athletic clothing.
