SYRACUSE — The regularly scheduled Syracuse Board of Zoning Appeals meeting at 6 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 15, has been cancelled due to unforseeable circumstances.  All regularly scheduled cases will be heard at the board’s regular meeting at 6 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 20, at Syracuse Town Hall.
