James Jeffery Kellogg — UPDATED
James Jeffery “Jeff” Kellogg, 65, Warsaw, died Sunday, Aug. 28, 2016, at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne.
He was born May 5, 1951 in Hartford City, to Eliza and Ariene Kellogg. He graduated from Warsaw High School in 1972 and married Marsha Wolfe Sept. 30, 1988 in Hartford City.
He worked as a polisher at both Biomet and Zimmer in Warsaw. He was very handy and liked to “tinker.” He liked to play computer games. He was a devoted grandfather who loved spending time with his grandkids and helping them with their homework.
He is survived by his wife; his three daughters: Chantelle Bose, Avon; Shawna Spradlin, Montplier; Nellie Stevens, Goshen; one son: Chad Renau, Hartford City; three step-daughters: April Bellamy, Warsaw; Dawn Himes, Warsaw; Heather Bellamy, Silver Lake; one step-son: Joshaua Bellamy, Warsaw; one sister: Nellie Jefferies, Mexico; one brother: Steven Kellogg, Montplier; 16 grandchildren; four great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Barbara Church and a brother: Bill Kellogg.
Visitation will be from 3-5:30 p.m. at Titus Funeral Home with the service following. Pastor Ken Lock will officiate.
Memorials may be made to the family, with checks payable to Joshua bellamy.
