Warsaw Vet Receives $1.2 Million In Funding
WARSAW — Owl Manor Veterinary, located in Warsaw, has received a $1.2 million round of funding. The funding is the company’s Series A financing, including an investment made by Indianapolis-based Elevate Ventures.
“We are an early stage company and we will continue to use this funding in growing our business in the community,” said Mark Schindel, Chief Executive Officer.
Owl Manor Veterinary announced in February that the business was opening an office in Kosciusko County. The business is planned to employ more than 30 people by 2019.
Owl Manor Veterinary is a privately held medical device company dedicated to joint preservation and advanced wound care treatment of companion animals, mostly horses and dogs. Located in the Orthopedic Capital of the World, the business works to offer treatment through a combination of regenerative medicine, point-of-care autologous biologics and complementary technologies.
Elevate Ventures is a private venture development organization that works with Indiana-based companies.
