Officers with the Syracuse Police Department investigated the following incidents:

• 10:20 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 27, at the 200 block East Greenhaus Drive, Syracuse. Rickey D. Pruitt reported a theft from residence.
• 1:23 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 28, at the 400 block of South Edgewater Drive, Syracuse. Shilah Joy Morris reported an attempted burglary.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:

• 1:09 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 27, at the 500 block of Sophie Lane, Warsaw. Officers responded to a battery.
• 1:15 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 27, at the 1100 block of West Winona Avenue. Officers responded to a domestic violence complaint.
• 7:44 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 28, at the 900 block of West Tippecanoe Street, Warsaw. Officers investigated a battery of a mentally/physically disabled person.
