Officers with the Warsaw Police Department responded to the following accidents:
9:50 p.m. Friday, Aug. 26, Husky Trail and Mariners Drive, Warsaw. Driver: Sabas V. Muniz, 41, East Main Street, Warsaw. Muniz’s car left the roadway and jumped the curve. Damage up to $5,000.
7:49 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 27, Jalynn Street and Walton Boulavard, Warsaw. Drivers: Ciara S. Bolling, 20, 1014 Briar Ridge Circle, Warsaw and Anabelle G. Saylor, 50, Chapman Lake Drive, Warsaw. Bolling turned in front of Saylor at an intersection and they collided. Damage up to $5,000.
11:04 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 28, Lake City Highway and East Old Road 30, Warsaw. Drivers: Lois C. Tucker 67, South CR 250E, Warsaw and Tamara S. Wells, 48, Chase Creek Run, Fort Wayne. Tucker rear-ended Wells. Damage up to $2,500.
12:35 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 28, East Jefferson Street and Argonne Road, Warsaw. Drivers: Stephen L. Yeazel, 66, Wexford Place, Warsaw and Brandon R. Clingman, 26, East Jefferson Street, Warsaw. Yeazel rear-ended Clingman. Damage up to $2,500.
12:57 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 28, North Detroit Street and Gilliam Drive, Warsaw. Drivers: Brian P. Andrews, 30, South CR 400E, Warsaw. and Miranda M. Zellmer, 25, Short Ridge Drive, Warsaw. Andrews rear-ended Zellmer. Damage up to $10,000.
7:47 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 28, North Sunset Drive and Anchorage Road, Warsaw Drivers: Casey W. Whitehurst, 27, Elm Road, Bourbon and Mary E. McFadden, 36, Pike Shore Drive, Warsaw. Whitehurst crossed the center line of the road when turning and collied with McFadden. Damage up to $2,500.
Kosciusko
Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department responded to the following accident:
4:09 Sunday, Aug. 28, East CR 700N and North CR 300E, Leesburg. Driver: Fernando Mejia, 57, East Lapoint Drive, Milford. Mejia drove his motorcycle through standing water and fell. Damage up to $2,500.
Syracuse
Officers with the Syracuse Police Department responded to the following accident:
5:34 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 28, North SR 13, Syracuse. Driver: Teresa S. Babcock, 63, Brooklyn Street, Syracuse. Babcock swerved to avoid collision with a vehicle that pulled out in front of her causing Babcock to swerve and hit a parked vehicle. Damage up to $50,000.
