GOSHEN — IU Health Goshen will host a seminar titled, “A Look at the Big Three.”

The event will take place from 6-7:30 p.m. Monday, Aug. 15, at the IU Health Goshen Heart and Vascular Center in the wellness classroom located on the second floor. The seminar will discuss healthy eating, staying active and healthy weight.

This free seminar is designed to help those living with diabetes learn how small lifestyle changes can help better manage their condition and live a healthier life. The seminar is free, open to the public and no registration is required. Call (574) 364-2931 for more information.
