FORT WAYNE — There are houses. Then there are homes with brains.

The home is on the market now for $898,900. In celebration, Granite Ridge Builders, designer Choice Designs Inc, and Jennifer Ford Art will host a VIP Cocktail Reception on from 6-8 p.m. Thursday and a brunch from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday at the home – both which are open to the public.
