KOSCIUSKO COUNTY — “Black and White An Evening of Elegance” is just weeks away to raise funds for the Cancer Care Fund of Kosciusko County. The event is a fashion show and after party. The event will be held at 6 p.m. Saturday, May 21, in the Oakwood Resort Event Center, Syracuse.

The evening will include a cocktail reception, hors d’oeuvres, a silent auction and shopping experience. Satori and Glam will be the boutique headliners, featuring fashions in resort, cocktail and summer.

Net proceeds from the evening will go to the Cancer Care Fund of Kosciusko County. The funds are distributed to patients and families, residing in Kosciusko County, in financial need. In 2015, over $130,000 was paid out to 99 clients for food, rent, mortgage, gas, prescriptions, hotels and travel. The funds are paid directly to the patient or family through an advocate.
