MENTONE — Upcoming events and programs at the Bell Memorial Public Library:
Make a Butterfly Wreath
Make a butterfly wreath. This is a simple project made with butterflies printed on cardstock and attached to a grapevine wreath. Cost for this program is $4 and you must sign up. It will be happening at 6 p.m. Tuesday, April 26. This program is for adults and teens only.
Coming in May
Coming in May, we will be making a tea cup bird feeder for your garden. Made from teacups and copper pipe, they are simple to make. Cost for this program will be $5 or $3 if you bring your own teacup and saucer. It will be happening at 6 p.m. Thursday, May 26, and you must sign up. This program is for adults and teens only.
Friends of the Library Book Sale
The Friends of the Library Book Sale is at Bell Library from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday, May 13 and 14. If you have any books you would like to donate for the sale or if you would like to volunteer to help with the sale contact Stephen Boggs at (574) 353-7234.
Indiana State Park Passes Available
Indiana State Park passes are available to check out at Bell Library. Info at the service desk or call the library at (574) 353-8105.
Check Out Our Regular Programs
Our Movie Matinee is at 1:30 p.m. Monday, April 18. We will be viewing the movie “God’s Club.” This is a faith based movie that focuses on having the ability to believe in God no matter what. Refreshments will be provided.
Zumba will resume on at 7 p.m. Monday, April 11. For more info follow Eva’s Zumba and Hip Hop classes on Facebook.
Euchre at Bell Library is the fourth Monday of the month, in this case, at 6 p.m. Monday, April 25. Coffee will be provided but bring your own snacks and drinks. There will be prizes for the highest score, the most loners, a door prize, and a booby prize. Come join the fun.
Our Kid’s Programs
Boy’s & Girl’s Night is at 4 p.m. Thursday, April 21. This program is for kids ages 7 to 13.
Our Children’s Story times are held at 3 p.m. every Wednesday. Join us for a story and a craft. For kids ages 3 to 7. Don’t forget our Lego Club, held at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 16.
For Teens
Our Teen Gaming Night is from 5-8 p.m. Friday, April 29, and is for teens ages 13 and up, only. Bring a friend for some gaming fun. Our Teen Anime Movie Night is from 5-8 p.m. Friday, April 15, and is also for teens 13 and up, only.

You can now access your library account on our circulation system. You can view your account, place holds, and renew your materials. You must not have any outstanding fines to renew materials. You will receive an email with a user name and password, which can be changed and instructions to complete your user account.
