Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accident:

10:50 p.m. Tuesday, March 22, South SR 25, west of South CR 450W, Warsaw. Drivers: Brittney Stump, 28, North Franklin St., Mentone, and Kyle D. Banghart, 29, South CR 700W, Claypool. Stump complained of pain to the elbow/lower arm. A passenger in her vehicle, Jacob A. Hale, 20, West Market Street, Warsaw, refused medical treatment. Stump’s vehicle struck the back of the Banghart vehicle. Damage up to $25,000.
