MARSHALL COUNTY — A press conference regarding the grand jury indictment of three individuals in Kosciusko County, including a public official, will be held this afternoon, according to information from the Indiana State Police.

A grand jury recently convened in Kosciusko County and handed down three indictments to include one on a Kosciusko County public official. Marshall County Prosecutor E. Nelson Chipman Jr., was appointed as the special prosecutor in the case that was investigated by the Indiana State Police.

Details of the indictment will be published following the press conference.
