6:40 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 14, South SR 15, south of West CR 400W, Warsaw. Driver: Gregory R. Patrick, 36, Heron Boulevard, Warsaw. Patrick’s vehicle went off the road, through a fence and collided with a utility pole. Damage up to $5,000.

10:10 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 13, East Old Road 30, west of North CR 650E, Warsaw. Driver: Michelle L. Beatty, 41, North Fox Farm Road, Warsaw. Hit an animal. Damage up to $5,000.

12:22 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 13, West CR 100S, east of South CR 800W, Warsaw. Driver: Kory J. Fields, 31, North  Morgan Street, Mentone. Hit deer. Damage up to $5,000.

5:11 p.m. Friday, Feb. 12, North CR 300E, west of East CR 700N, Leesburg. Driver: Alexander S. Wilkie, 19, West Wildwood Trail, Warsaw. Deer hit vehicle. Damage up to $10,000.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

8:35 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 14, North Detroit Street, north of West CR 300N, Warsaw. Drivers: Richard G. Mauman, 64, West CR 300S, Marion, and Adam R. Gall, 26, East Market Street, Warsaw. Megan E. Wallace, Wallen Hills Drive, Fort Wayne, was northbound and began to slow down to turn. While trying to turn, her vehicle began to slide and she lost control sliding through the intersections. Mauman was behind Wallace and tried to avoid hitting the back of her vehicle, going into the opposite lane of travel, hitting the Gall vehicle. After impact the Gall vehicle went into the ditch. Damage up to $25,000.

7:18 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 14, Lake City Highway and North Detroit Street, Warsaw. Driver: Quinton E. Burnworth, 19, West Mulberry Street, South Whitley. Lost control of his vehicle while on the on-ramp. His vehicle spun approximately 180 degrees hitting the guardrail. Damage up to $2,500.

5:43 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 14, Lake City Highway and East Old Road 30, Warsaw. Driver: Diana L. Fear, 45, Fir Road, Bremen, and Bob D. Montel, 79, North Union Street, Warsaw. Montel turned his vehicle from Old Road 30 into the left lane of Lake City Highway, in front of the Fear vehicle causing Fear’s vehicle to hit the back of the Montel vehicle. Fear complained of pain to the lower leg and elbow. Montel struck his head on the steering wheel. Both refused medical treatment. Damage up to $10,000.

11:55 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 13, Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. Drivers: Calvin J. Reece, 39, North Grant Street, Warsaw, and Naoma J. Porter, 71, Crescent Drive, Warsaw. Reece and Porter were backing their vehicles simultaneously and collided. Damage up to $2,500.

8:08 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 13, 1 Tiger Lane, Warsaw. Driver: Alex N. Lee Haines, 18, Maye Street, Warsaw. Haines lost control of his vehicle, going off the road and hitting a fence. Damage up to $2,500.
