A South Bend native was a part of that choir.

Sarah Tietsort is a member of the Navy Sea Chanters, the official chorus of the Navy/ They are based out of Washington D.C.

She has been with the group since 2008, but this is her first time performing at the Super Bowl.

“I feel incredibly blessed that I get to sing with my friends everyday and I get to serve my country while doing that in such a unique and special way,” Tietsort said.

Tietsort graduated from Clay High School in 2001.

You can catch her on tour with the Concert Band in February and again with the Sea Chanters in April.
