• 2 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 3, 2400 block Jalynn Street, Warsaw. Matthew J. Kauffman reported the theft of a cell phone. Value: $150.
• 10:36 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 3, 300 block East Main Street, Warsaw. Warsaw Public Library officials reported video games stolen. Value: $540.
