Valley Cagers Go 1-2 Versus Triton
AKRON – The Tippecanoe Valley Middle School girls basketball teams went 1-2 in action versus Triton on Wednesday evening.
The Valley 8th grade A team defeated Triton 47-28. Jillian Walls led the winners with 11 points. Makenzie Woodcox scored 10 points and Karina Young eight for Valley. Faith Kamp had six points and Tracy Smith four for the winners.
The Valley 7th grade A team lost to Triton 28-26. Sidney Wagner netted 18 points to lead Valley. Rylee Kauffman had four points and Taylor Olivarez and Hannah Parson each scored two points.
The Valley 7th grade B team lost to Triton 24-4. Kayle Long and Jada Hicks each had two points for Valley.
