BREAKING: Tree Down On House, Limbs And Powerlines Down
KOSCIUSKO COUNTY — Warsaw Fire Department has responded to a tree down on a house at 1840 South SR 25.
Warsaw-Wayne Fire Territory Fire Chief Mike Wilson reports a large tree limb fell on the back of the residence, breaking a skylight. The glass struck an occupant of the residence and was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital as a precaution.
Fire departments throughout the county, as well as police agencies and county highway department, are responding to a number of calls of limbs down, trees downed, low hanging wires and wires down, along with numerous slide offs. Downed trees and/or power lines are blocking some roads and streets, which have been closed until crews can respond.
