Bristol Author Teaches Hard Work In New Children’s Book
BRISTOL — Author Joy Hill depicts the importance of encouragement in one’s success in her new children’s book, “Berry the Bird’s Big Race.” Her delightful kids’ read is set for nationwide release this week.
In “Berry the Bird’s Big Race,” Berry has trained and practiced hard to prepare herself for the big race. Her parents have coached her with many flying drills and encouraging words. Sometimes, all one needs is the encouragement and help of others to achieve big dreams. See what happens when Berry races the race. Do you think all of her hard work will help her achieve her goals.
Published by Tate Publishing and Enterprises, the book is available through bookstores nationwide from the publisher at www.tatepublishing.com/bookstore or by visiting barnesandnoble.com or amazon.com.
Hill is a children’s picture book author, whose first book was “Berry the Bird Learns How to Fly,” which was released in May. “Berry the Bird Helps A New Friend” was released in November. A fourth book in the series will be released in 2016.

Aside from being an author, she works part-time as a veterinary technician and loves being a stay-at-home mom. Hill enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being outdoors, being active, reading and being involved with her church.
