December First Friday: A Jolly ‘Hometown Holly Days’
WARSAW — December’s First Friday will help usher in the yearly Christmas festivities with its “Hometown Holly Days” theme from 5-9 p.m. Friday, Dec. 4.
With the Morning Optimists sponsoring a Santa House and multiple pop-up shops, this First Friday event will be more than enough reason to brave the cold winter weather. The fourth annual Twinkle Light Parade will begin strolling down Center Street at 7 p.m.
Additionally, Key Bank will be sponsoring carriage and sleigh rides through the park, with First Christian Church holding a live nativity scene. The Central Park Christmas tree lighting will be held at 7:30 p.m.
December’s First Friday is sponsored by the Dane and Mary Louise Miller Foundation and the City of Warsaw.
