Sentencings
The following people were recently sentenced in a Kosciusko County court:
Nov. 10
- Brandon Jeffery Stone, 43, 6650 Twig Place, Indianapolis, sentenced for operating while intoxicated. He was sentenced to 60 days in the Kosciusko County Jail. His driver’s license was suspended for 365 days, with a consecutive suspension imposed by the Indiana BMV for chemical test refusal.
Nov. 6
- Donta Wayne Redden, 18, 1202 Wooster Road, Winona Lake, sentenced for contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He was sentenced to 365 days in the Kosciusko County Jail, with 357 days suspended upon conditions set by the court.
- Eric Todd Stewart, 39, 2097 S. Maple Run, Warsaw, sentenced for false informing. He was sentenced to 365 days in the Kosciusko County Jail, with 345 days suspended, to be served on probation upon conditions set by the court. This is to be served upon his release from the Indiana Department of Corrections pertaining to a different case. He was also sentenced to 60 days in the Kosciusko County Jail for operating while intoxicated, with 54 days suspended, to be served consecutively with his sentence for false informing. His driver’s license was ordered suspended for 180 days.
- Jessica K. Hellman, 36, 408 S. Main St., Bourbon, sentenced for operating while intoxicated. She was sentenced to 60 days in the Kosciusko County Jail, with 58 days suspended upon conditions set by the court. Her driver’s license was ordered suspended for 60 days.
Nov. 5
- Jeffrey Bryan Matthews Jr., 21, 111 E. Haiden Dr., Syracuse, sentenced for probation violation. He was sentenced to six months in the Kosciusko County Jail.
Nov. 3
- Moses Michael Lloyd, 36, 1821 Nye St., Warsaw, sentenced for possession of paraphernalia. He was sentenced to one and a half years in the Kosciusko County Jail, to run concurrently with a one-year sentence for possession of marijuana, a one-year sentence for resisting law enforcement and a six-month sentence for failure to appear and with all but the first 90 days suspended, to be served on probation upon conditions set by the court. Lloyd’s driver’s license was also suspended for one year.
Oct. 27
- Kyle Ryan Smith, 23, 52702 Silver Fox Trail, South Bend, sentenced for operating while intoxicated. He was sentenced to 365 days in the Kosciusko County Jail, with 305 days suspended upon conditions set by the court. His driver’s license was suspended for 90 days.
Oct. 18
- Karlie Sue Robles, 26, 1447 S. SR 25, Warsaw, sentenced for operating while intoxicated. She was sentenced to 60 days in the Kosciusko County Jail, with 52 days suspended upon conditions set by the court. Her driver’s license was also suspended for one year.
Sept. 29
- Malachi Hanes Sweeny, 22, 2257 S. 275E, Warsaw, sentenced for operating while intoxicated. He was sentenced to 60 days in the Kosciusko County Jail, modified to home detention.
July 27
- Misty Ann Campbell, 35, 706 W. Portland St., Syracuse, sentenced for criminal conversion. She was sentenced to 365 days in the Kosciusko County Jail. The court has no objection to Campbell serving on the work-release program.
