Pro Swimmers Produce Fine Results
MISHAWAKA – A handful of Wawasee Pro swimmers had a great showing at the 2015 Pro Superstar Invitational last weekend at Penn High School.
Kiah Farrington, 10, Bo Brunner, 8, Julie Mishler, 8, and Tommy Brunner, 11, won high-point awards for their age groups. All of the swimmers are in the Wawasee School Corporation, with Farrington at North Webster Elementary and the other three at Syracuse.
Tommy Brunner earned a high-point total of 174 points. His best time was swam in the 200 freestyle at 2:23.47, earning a divisional time.
Bo Brunner earned a high-point total of 188 points. His best race was the 100 freestyle in 1:14.48, making a divisional cut.
Mishler earned 197 points. Her best race was the 50 backstroke at 41.24, a divisional cut.
Farrington earned 159 points. Her best time was swam in the backstroke with a 31.44, a divisional cut.
All four swimmers competed in 10 individual events and two relays over the two-day invite.
