Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accidents:

9:18 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 28, North SR 15 and West CR 1350N, Milford. Drivers: Justin A. Ciriello, 19, North Creek Bend Lane, Milford, and James F. Martin, 35, South CR 550E, Pierceton. Ciriello pulled out and Martin’s oncoming vehicle collided with his. A passenger in Martin’s vehicle, Jamie Brown, 37, South SR 13, Pierceton, complained of leg pain but refused medical treatment. Damage up to $10,000.

5:08 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 28, Argonne Road and East Center Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Sarah K. Klingerman, 41, Nutmeg Road, Plymouth, and Brian K. Method, 47, West CR 1400N, North Manchester. Klingerman’s vehicle rear-ended Method’s. Damage up to $2,500.

12:06 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 28, East CR 200N and Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Drivers: Mara E. Jasso, 37, East CR 200N, Warsaw, and David A. Waterson, 55, North Superior Avenue, Warsaw. Jasso pulled into US 30 as Waterson was turning left in front of her and their vehicles collided. Jasso was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital with complaints of neck pain. A passenger in Jasso’s vehicle, Edna Aguilar, East CR 200N, Warsaw, was also transported to KCH with complaints of chest pain. Damage up to $10,000.

7:26 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 28, South SR 15 west of CR 400S, Warsaw. Drivers: David A. Fulkerson, 47, West CR 550A, Wabash, Mark S. Louvier, 51, North Sycamore Street, North Manchester, and Timothy S. Jayne, 26, North High Street, Silver Lake. Fulkerson braked to avoid another vehicle and lost control of his vehicle and his car spun sideways. Louvier’s vehicle collided with Fulkerson’s and Jayne’s vehicle collided with Louvier’s. Fulkerson complained of pain in his back. Louvier complained of pain in his lower leg. Damage up to $25,000.

7:02 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 28, South CR 325E and East US 30, Warsaw. Driver: Natasha L. Anderson, 21, East CR 1000S, Claypool. Anderson’s vehicle hydroplaned and hit a guard rail. Damage up to $5,000.

North Webster

Officers with the North Webster Police Department investigated the following accident:

8:21 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 29, SR 13 south of CR 1000N, Syracuse. Drivers: Patricia M. Carlson, 77, Westbrooke Court, Goshen, and Daniel J. Stoffel, 28, North Syracuse-Webster Road, Syracuse. Carlson pulled into the roadway and her vehicle struck a trailer pulled by Stoffel’s vehicle. Damage up to $25,000.

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accident:

2:04 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 28, Lake City Highway and North Detroit Street, Warsaw. Drivers: David P. Arnett, 75, South CR 250E, Winona Lake, and Chad S. Nifong, 30, West CR 500N, Etna Green. Arnett slowed suddenly to make a turn and Nifong’s vehicle collided with his. Damage up to $5,000.
