Annual Kosciusko Crop Hunger Walk

WARSAW — The 31st annual Kosciusko Crop Hunger Walk was held Saturday, Sept. 26. The event has raised $3,309 to date to address the needs of hunger around the world and locally.
Money collected by walkers support Church World Service that addresses food, water and sanitary issues around the globe. Of everything raised, 25 percent of the money will stay locally to support The Salvation Army and its Choice Food Pantry.
The walk is sponsored by the Greater Warsaw Ministerial Association, with the first event being held in 1984. Donations are being accepted until Dec. 31 by mailing checks to CWS/CROP c/o GWMA, P.O. Box 1797, Warsaw, IN, 46581.
