SOUTH BEND — 1st Source Bank has the best branches in the Midwest, a recognition of the bank’s superior customer experience, according to The MSR Group, a top research firm that specializes in the customer experience in retail banking. 1st Source received the ranking from among 50 top banks in the U.S.

The MSR Group conducted more than 5,000 interviews to determine winners of its Best in Retail Banking Awards. According to Joel Vaslow, chief operating officer of The MSR Group, the award recognizes “a select group of banks who not only want to provide quality service, but have shown the dedication and persistence to deliver superior experiences to their customers.”
