WARSAW — Warsaw Community Development Corporation, Miller’s Senior Living Community and the Warsaw Breakfast Optimist Club are partnering to bring the community Spooktakular Friday, Oct. 23. Spooktakular is the annual Halloween costume contest and trick-or-treating opportunity held in downtown Warsaw.

Registration begins at 5:30 p.m. and will be concluded around 6 p.m. for the children to trick-or-treat at the downtown shops and restaurants. To conclude the evening, the costume contest will begin at 7 p.m. Businesses interested in participating should fill out the application on our website at www.warsawcdc.org.
