Re/Max Agent Earns Professional Designation

WARSAW — Mark Skibowski of RE/MAX Lakes, North Webster, has earned Certified Residential Specialist designation presented by the Council of Residential Specialists.
“By achieving the certification I’ve elevated my knowledge of home buying and selling and will enable me to enhance the service we provide to our customers,” Skibowski said. “Seasoned agents like myself, and the thousands of RE/MAX associates who are already CRS certified know that extensive education and training is essential to thoroughly represent homebuyers and sellers.”
The CRS designation is the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, managers and brokers. On average, CRS designees complete nearly twice as many transactions and earn more than three times the income than non-designee realtors annually. CRS members who have met specific educational and professional requirements are eligible to apply for the CRS designation.
“Homebuyers and sellers want and appreciate working with a professional real estate agent who is qualified and skilled to represent their unique needs in real estate transactions,” said Skibowski, who has more than 11 years of local real estate experience. “Achieving the CRS designation is a significant milestone for me and I’m eager to utilize my elevated skills and expertise when assisting clients find, buy and sell their homes.”
The Council of Residential Specialists is a not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of Realtors comprised of nearly 30,000 members. It awards the CRS designation to experienced realtors who have completed advanced professional training and demonstrated outstanding professional achievement in residential real estate.
