Alzheimer’s Association Will Offer Communication Seminar
ELKHART — The Alzheimer’s Association Greater Indiana Chapter offers education and support for families affected by Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias.
The association will be offering “Effective Communication Strategies” from 4-6 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 20, at Elkhart Public Library, located at 300 S. Second St., in Elkhart. This new education program will explore how communication takes place when someone has Alzheimer’s disease. Identify strategies to help you connect and communicate at each stage of the disease.
