Wallet Hub Ranks Best, Worst Cities For People With Disabilities
FORT WAYNE — A recent study by WalletHub took a look at 2015’s best and worst cities for people with disabilities and Fort Wayne and Indianapolis were among locations ranked.
The study looked at the 150 most populated cities across the U.S., taking into account economic environment, quality of life and healthcare, looking at 21 factors like housing affordability, cost of living, percentage of individuals with disabilities and the cost of a doctor visit.
Findings placed Fort Wayne at number 111 and Indianapolis at 117, both a little closer to the bottom than to the top.
