Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following incidents:

• 9:08 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 27, 7800 block East CR 250S, Pierceton. Mark Mort reported a damaged, stolen, ATV in a field, owned by Suncoast Trailer Sales. Damage up to $5,000.
• Midnight, Sunday, Sept. 27, 4000 block North Lighthouse Drive, Warsaw. Tammy R. Spangle reported the theft of money and medication.
• 4 p.m. Friday, Sept. 25, 8300 block North SR 13, Syracuse. Police were called to this location for an abandoned trailer.
• 3:52 p.m. Friday, Sept. 25, 3300 block Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Tammy J. Adamiec reported her vehicle was involved in a hit and run accident.
• 8:54 a.m. Friday, Sept. 25, 200 block West Main Street, Warsaw. Elizabeth R. Justice reported a custody matter.
• 8:40 a.m. Friday, Sept. 25, 9800 block North Turkey Creek Road, Syracuse. Police were dispatched to this location for an abandoned vehicle.
• 5:42 a.m. Friday, Sept. 25, 9200 block East Backwater Road, North Webster. Mary J. Schaaf reported damage to a fence.
• 1:20 a.m. Friday, Sept. 25, 100 block EMS B4 Lane, Leesburg. Heather M. Frederick reported a battery.
• 1:05 a.m. Friday, Sept. 25, 2400 block West 250S, Warsaw. Charles William Bach, reported a battery.
• 1:41 a.m. Friday, Sept. 25, 4300 block North Old SR 15, Warsaw. Matthew S. Dausman reported damage to his residence.
• 10:06 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 24, 300 block East Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. Kimberly N. Moyer reported a criminal mischief matter.

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incident:

• 9:10 p.m. Friday, Sept. 25, 500 block West CR 300N, Warsaw. Nicole Dressel and Travis Scott Bess reported being battered in the parking lot, suspect left the scene prior to police arrival.
