SOUTH BEND, Ind. –– A banner has gone up on the old Hoffman Hotel building, announcing loft units are soon to be available for interested artists.

The developer says they’re not taking applications for artists looking to live in the renovated hotel. 

The units-all loft spaces-should be available in December, as long as renovations continue according to plan. 

The Hoffman Hotel is just one of downtown South Bend buildings getting a facelift and being converted for future residents.
