WARSAW — Warsaw Community Development Corporation announced The Downtown Eatery & Spirits as one of the recipients of a 2015 Façade Grant in downtown Warsaw on Friday, Sept. 4
Improvements included patching and repairing masonry, painting, installing new windows and doors, and mounting new wood siding. The Downtown Eatery & Spirits is located at 205 W. Center St. and is famous for their Kaiser’s Italian Sub.
The City of Warsaw provides matching funds for the Façade Grant program to be administered by WCDC. For more information about the Façade Grant, Revolving Loan Program and the Alleyway Grant, contact WCDC.
