Walorski Visits Claypool Elementary
CLAYPOOL — Congresswoman Jackie Walorski visited Claypool Elementary School Tuesday, Sept. 1, in one of several stops on a recent education tour.
Walorski visited with students and teachers as she learned about the Warsaw Inquiry Learning Laboratory as classroom teacher, Jennifer Gunder, instructional coach, Nicole Baird and STEM Bus Driver Laura Geller taught students how to “think like a scientist” using Madagascar hissing cockroaches. WILL is a mobile STEM lab that integrates technology for learning.
It was partially funded by Orthoworx, the Orthopedics Capital Foundation and the Moving STEM Forward initiative.
