MARSHAL COUNTY — The Indiana Department of Transportation announces daytime lane closures of US 31 to repair and replace sensors in the roadway. This project is weather permitting.

On Wednesday, Sept. 9, the southbound left lane of US 31 will be closed between SR 10 and 19th Road between 9 a.m.-1 p.m. The southbound right lane of US 31 will be closed between SR 10 and 19th Road between the hours of 1 p.m.-5 p.m.

On Thursday, Sept. 10 the northbound left lane of US 31 will be closed between SR 10 and 19th Road between 9 a.m.-5 p.m.

Be prepared to slow down in that area and be alert for shifting traffic patterns.
