SYRACUSE — Chautauqua-Wawasee presents the return of this juried, outdoor festival from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 12, on the grounds of the Oakwood Resort, 702 E. Lake View Road, Syracuse. Free admission and fun for the entire family.
